Smells great. I know it has plenty of DMSO as I taste it after use. Pretty good pain relief but i also have a roll on solution and topical Diclofenac to use when my pain is really acting up (hands, wrists, knees and shoulders.) However, this cream does not cause any skin reaction like the solution can. Will buy again.
