Enchanted Disney Belle Rose Engagement Ring - 14K White Gold & Rose Gold, 1/4 Cttw Diamond | Perfect for Proposals, Anniversaries & Disney-Themed Weddings

I purchased this ring over a month before I proposed to my girlfriend. I made the purchase on 2/17 as well the insurance from Assurant. I proposed to her on 3/26. The center of the ring fell out on 5/12, of course we were unable to locate the center. I contact Assurant right away and chatted with Kim, she states that the ring would not be covered and to email Assurant a picture. I email Assurant a picture of the ring and I receive an email back from Sonya stating ‘this will not be able to be covered. You must have the stone to put back into the ring when it is sent to the repair jewelers. Without having the stone we would not be able to approve the claim. I am so sorry for the frustrations.’ She didn’t have the ring on for not even two months before the center of the ring fell out. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! What is the point of Amazon offering insurance and purchasing it to find out you’re not converted. I’m highly disappointed not only with my purchase from Amazon and offering this type of insurance, I’m disappointed with Assurant as well as Disney for offering such a poor product. This was supposed to be a great time in our lives and has led nothing but disappointment with this product and services!!!!! . This has to be the worst experience I ever had with any purchase from Amazon. Stay away from this product and DO NOT EVER purchase insurance from Assurant!!!!!! They make you feel like the first three letters in their name for purchasing their insurance!!!!!!
