Store has contacted me for a return, they were very nice!It didn't seem like the same product sold in salons. Smelled like rubbing alcoholif you are familiar with kerastase oil for fine sensitised hair you will realise this is not it, the picture is it but the product is not, once i opened it and pumped it i didnt recognise the smell as the product i bought previously from a salon, the consistency should be sort of watery but his product is an oil, the product in the picture has been discontinued by kerastase.A strange but beautiful product... I am a hairstylist and was previously using Elixir Ultime as a serum for after blow drying, that was 100% oil- This is not, it's very different, half oil and half alcohol, brilliant for fine hair and as with all the Elixir Ultime range - a little goes a long way. This is not fake!!!!It arrived in good condition. It smells very nice. But the product seems extremely watery. So not very impressed with the product apart from the smell.Habe dieses Produkt wegen dem günstigen Preis bestellt und habe leider ein schlechtes Produkt erhalten. Es roch stark nach Alkohol und die Konsistent war wässrig und nicht wie gewohnt ölig. Es wurde anstandslos zurück genommen. Nur erhielt ich bei der Ersatzlieferung das selbe noch einmal. Charge der Verpackung und Charge der Flasche stimmten auch nicht überein (woran das wohl liegt???) Geld wurde wieder erstattet und ich habe es mir bei einem anderen Händler in der gewohnten Qualität bestellt.Per me il prodotto arrivato è un fake.Profuma di alcol altroché rosa millenaria!!!!Mi dispiace tanto che queste cose non siano controllate!!!
