Nice looking watch; but, if you need to return for warranty work, you'll need the original box. We had the watch stop working within the warranty period (two years,) but you have to take to an authorized seller, WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX, for shipment back to Swarovski. We're stuck with a non-working watch, because we didn't keep the box -- who does that?! FYI: the battery was found to be okay, so that is not the problem. Local jewelers will not do repairs on these watches.
