I love these, I am a high heel girl and I love these as well. I started stand up paddle boarding and needed shoes to wear to the beach, the marina, in restaurants and coffee shops, etc. on the way to/from paddling, that would be comfortable to wear all day, on the sand, in the water, on the board if necessary, as well as on the street.I now have 3 pairs of Venice H2 (and 2 pairs of Keen's La Paz flip sandals, all cheaper on Amazon) and want even more colors in each. Keen's are made to be comfortable, easy to wear and easy to care for. They provide arch support - have a comfortable, supportive foot bed and have been more comfortable than tennis shoes.The Newport H2 seem to provide even better support and comfort, which will be my next Amazon purchase, but I like the style of the Venice H2 on me better and the great summer color choices can't be beat.After wearing them all day I wanted to then test them on a 30 minute walk and they were still comfortable. The sole can be a little warm but with the top allowing air flow it doesn't bother me. It is harder to get sand out of them of course than it is for the sand to get in them but they are still better than wearing flip flops to carry paddle boards on hot sand. The La Paz flips are great for the marina and on the board, and are the most comfortable flip flop I have ever worn, and they also offer support.I read a lot of reviews before buying these, and mostly people stated they ran a bit short. I am a size 8M, and I have enough room in the front (toes don't touch front of sandles). The shoes have neoprene lining including toe area which makes them every comfortable with NO chafing. The foot beds are very very comfortable. I have tendon problems on the soles of my feet, so the arch is supported enough to eliminate any future problems there. I chose these because of the color, I got the purple (not a girly bright color, but more of a subdued dusty purple which matches more things then I thought). The main reason was the rubber toe cover and traction on the soles. I am going the the Big Island, Hi very soon, and wanted something I could wear all day without lugging my day hikers along with me (plus I can use them in and out of the water). I highly recommend them, and unless you have a big toes much longer then your other toes go with your normal size first (like I did). If I had ordered a half size up I would have had to deal with returning them for my normal size.Over the years, I've purchased over 12 pairs of Keen shoes & all are still intact & get used. I love this product!! I am finding lately, however, that Keens are running smaller & smaller. This pair of H2 Sandals (my second pair) run small. I normally wear a 7. The last few years, I've had to order 7 1/2's. This pair of 7 1/2 ran even smaller than the last. I hope in the future I don't have to order two sizes at the same time in order to find the fit that works. Keen used to be very consistent in sizing.Comfortable fit right from the start. I am an AUS size 9, so bought US 9.5 and it fits perfectly. Good support to foot and ankle and have worn it hiking up local track, toe protection is good. Tends to be quite warm and closed in sandal; and therefore a bit on the sweaty side. This being said, we are currently experiencing an early hot & humid bout of weather here in Brisbane I am sure that I will be able to wear this sandal year round here in Australia, as it is probably more suited to the Queensland Spring and Autumn seasons, rather than our Summer, which is always hot and humid.The sandals fit like a glove right out of the box; they were shipped on time. I'm a size 5.5 & I ordered them at that size. I have just worn them in the house & so far I'm happy with the fit. I love the color that I chose, burnt sienna/coral. And I also love the fact that there is an adjustable strap for easy removal & wearing. Best of all, I got them on sale & customer reps were helpful with the price adjustments. I will wear them this weekend in the nice warm weather for some walk in the trails & will see how they hold up. I would recommend this product; my second pair of Keen footwear.These came so quickly that I was wondering where the fairy godmother was. Nice shade of blue. These will be worn when we go in the water for canoeing, kayaking, and looking under rocks for interesting critters. My second pair of this style. They fit my wide feet, but the last must be a bit tighter than the old one thru the ball of the foot, but in the water that will be a good thing. They do have more room than the Keens with more straps. Since I will wear them barefoot, I got my usual size rather than sizing up a half size. I am glad I did.Jade green/gray...super cute, easy to slip on. Order a half size larger. I normally wear size 9. Ordered size 9.5 and debated whether to keep them. Left shoe fit well, right big toe rubbed on top. Wore them for a day with socks. They stretched enough to make them comfortable without socks. Sole is plenty thick and supportive. No heel - that's a good thing. Other reviewers mentioned shoes splitting or falling apart after minimal use. So far, so good for mine.Bought these keens for a trip out east. They are a spare pair for some acid green ones I've owned since 2007.They aren't as loose as the 5.5s were in the store but I would image they will loosen up with a few more wears.I can't begin to say how much I love this style/brand of shoes. I wear my green ones weekly and sometimes daily. They are super comfy and still going strong with little sign of wear and tear.Plastic toe protector is not fire proof... melts this plastic tipMuy suave y ventiladoconfortables légères, très agréables à porter.
