This is a special little dish - beautifully make and painted. It's a pleasure to have this on your table or to take to a pot luck. My pot lucks aren't huge affairs - the dish isn't large but it has enough room for a nice sized portion of salmon on each side with different sauces. Spiced peaches on one side - prosciutto wrapped on the other. Really, I'm using this a lot more than I thought I would. I just wanted to have a dish that was unique. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was so well wrapped it stood up to who knows what type of carrier frustrations/impatience to get to me in perfect condition.
