Great looking dress shoe. Looks in person as it does online. Even though I don't often wear heels, this was mostly comfortable walking and standing during the first 3 hours of a 6 hour event! As the day wore on, my feet starting sliding forward in the shoes so there was too much room in the heel area. and they felt bigger, but I don't think they stretched; I have a narrow heel and fallen arches so I put in a half insole cushion and a heel grip for a better fit..for most of my shoes. Interestingly though, I've noticed this 'too much room in the heel area' issue on a lot of women wearing heels. I will add/build up the insole to provide a tighter fit on future wearings. Still, it's a classy looking shoe.
