I saw some negative reviews before I placed this order, I was a little worried about if I will receive an empty box or something missing in the package, but since the price is cheaper than If I purchase in Taiwan( Taiwan retail price is approx. $3860NTD), so I decided to give it a try, now as you can see from the pics that I've uploaded, I guess I am lucky! the whole package is complete without any damage when I received it.birthdayWonderful giftMy granddaughter is going to love this bracelet because I sore so. Finally he ordered it and omg it is gorgeous. Sparkly and so delicate and not over dressy so can be worn everyday . If you are thinking of buying this as a present do it you won't be disappointed.The bracelet itself is really nice (bought as a gift) but unfortunately within a month or so some of the stones came off! Have now returned for a refundI LOVE this necklace. It is neat and it looks looks beautiful on. The crystals sparkle when the light catches them.I find the catch difficult to do up. The piece that must be slipped between the pieces of the catch that close together is difficult to push through, difficult to do when you can’t actually see what you are doing! Apart from that, I am delighted with this beautiful piece of jewellery.The product and design are good but the clasp lets down all the good work I have fitted a new chain and clasp before giving it as a gift. Very dissappointed that should a brand name would ship such a poor productIf I could go lower than 1 star I would. This package arrived on next day delivery, when I unboxed this the Swarovski box was completely empty. This was a gift which I now don't know if it will be replaced/refunded in time for their birthday.
