I bought this for my daughter's room. I was hoping it was Hot Pink, but as another reviewer said, it is more like a watermelon color. But, even thought the color didn't match the picture or what I was expecting, it grows on you and it isn't that far off. If it wasn't so soft and comfortable and so perfect I would have returned it because of the color, but this comforter is amazing!! We live in CA and the comforter isn't to heavy and it is light weight enough to be perfect for winter and summer here in sunny California. I wouldn't hesitate in buying more of these. If I could get it in cream, white, or tan, I would have definitely bought a King for our bed!!! This is a must have!!Comforter is beautiful and very soft. Bought it for my 10 year old daughter and she loves it! It looks much better in person, as the fur on the comforter swirls around into roses. It's evident to see in person, but can't tell by looking at the pictures. As each rose swirls inward, it goes from a lighter shade of pink to a darker shade of pink in the middle of each rose. There is also a tiny bit of shimmer. Some reviewers state they have sent this comforter back because it is not hot pink as the picture shows. They are right, it's not. In my opinion, it's even prettier! The edge of each rose starts as a lighter pink and as it swirls inward gets darker and is hot pink in the center of the rose. Very pretty!I purchased the full size for a twin bed. The comforter fit as I wanted like a bedspread . My grand daughter loves both comforters, she has two twin beds in her bedroom. The color is bright and vibrant and fits with her bedroom decor. This comforter is thick .plush,and well made it is also reversible. This is a great buy for the winter season also feels great againest your skin. I will purchase one for my bedroom in black.Bought this set for my 8yr old daughters room. She loves the set, it is definitely soft. The comforter is thinner than I expected but still decent. Only complaint is that the purple is lighter than the photo. The photo shows more of an eggplant color versus the lilac purple color I received. She still loves it and we will keep it. I'll probably change it out later.This comforter is very very soft, exactly what my daughter wanted. It's heavier than I thought it was going to be but not too heavy. A little pricey considering it doesn't come with sheets. Over all my 13 year old is happy with it - so am I.Got this for my daughter when the jojo one never came. Better to grow with anyway. Its so comfy! Everyone likes to steal it.Beautiful color, very soft. My daughter loves this comforter. Very inexpensive for faux fur and so far hasn't shed. I have not yet needed to wash it so I can't speak to how well it will hold up. As with other faux fur, I would wash on delicate, air dry, and fluff. Hot dryers tend to wreck the texture of faux fur.Seemed like good quality but the color is MUCH lighter than the photo-- hence the 3 stars. I was looking for PURPLE not lilac or lavender. The "minky" seemed a little much on person in a lavender color. I returned it but if you are looking for light color faux fur- it is a good price for what you get.arrived on time, grand daughter loves it. However a bit more fuzzy than it looked on the ad.
