I am disappointed with this product. There isn't much in it except for some vermicelli noodles, a sprinkle of tapioca and basil seeds ( not much) , and a couple raisins. I was hoping for some almond pieces and more tapioca; something more. The vermicelli noodles turn out mushy. I'm bummed that I purchased two boxes. I won't buy it again. I gave it 3 stars because the flavor is OK. I found that it's best mixed with straight soy milk or almond milk instead of water and milk.
