I'm so excited to find this book! I was given a copy of this book over 30 years ago from a woman that used to babysit for my mom - she taught me TONS about cooking. I went to culinary school back in 1977 (J&W) and I'm telling you - this is the BEST bread book you will ever get your hands on. I've seen plenty. I still have my copy, but it is so used the cover is duct taped together, and it is riddled with grease spots. Getting a copy in great shape that I can pass along to someone else is wonderful. I don't know why anyone would let their copy go. I wish I could hug Ada Lou!
