I still have to order the piece for inside of the fit it thought it was includedI bought my Fitbit Flex 2 five months ago, and it's taken this long for me to decide where to get this bangle or not. First of all, it costs just as much as the Flex 2 (or more), and a lot of people have been complaining that the tracker housing opens by itself. I bought it in spite of the negative reviews just to try it out. Upon unboxing the item, I knew I made the right decision. The bangle looks like a piece of jewelry, and it doesn't seem or feel cheap. What stopped me from buying the non-branded ones was that many people said that those looked cheap. This bangle is classy and I can now wear my tracker to more formal occasions. I've gotten compliments on it from people who didn't know what it was (the Flex 2 is not very common where I live). It did open unexpectedly on my third day of using it, when I clapped my hands. Thankfully, I was still at home, and the housing had popped open with the tracker facing down on my arm, but it did not fall off. I think you just have to make sure that the housing snaps shut before doing anything else. Also, I've been wearing the bangle with the release button on the inside of my wrist, just so that I don't pop it open accidentally when I bump into things (and you will, even if you take precautions). Another plus is that the bangle doesn't scratch easily. But I would not take this into the pool. The housing isn't as snug as on the wristband, so it would jiggle, and as you can't tighten the bangle, you may be distracted by it moving up and down your arm while you swim. Otherwise, I highly recommend this bangle. Am even thinking of getting the rose gold, as it looks so pretty.I love having a Fitbit but like many others, the plastic bands are not my favorite especially for work or going out. I read a lot of reviews about this bangle that had negative feedback but after careful consideration I decided to give it a try anyways. I have now had this bangle for several weeks and haven't had any issues. My biggest concern was size, as many people mentioned the size small was too big on them. I have a 5.5" wrist (the smallest size listed in the range) and it fits perfectly. Usually I can slip bangles and other bracelets off my wrist and over my hand but this bangle is just the right size for my wrist and doesn't allow me to slip it over my hand. It's also very sturdy; I haven't had any issues with clasps. It hasn't come off spontaneously or been a problem unclasping. Overall, I think this is a beautiful option for my Fitbit and I haven't personally experienced any of the negative things reported. I recommend purchasing if you're looking for a dressier option for your Fitbit.I have read all sorts of negative reviews and can't imagine how some of them even happen. Like the back opening and fitbit falling out. What huge size did they buy? My small one doesn't have enough room between my wrist and bangle. Hard to open? Not found that to be. Better then persons who somehow have theirs fall open. The hinge has only opened on its own once and I got it caught on something I was carrying and knew immediately it was caught. I've worn mine nearly constantly, swimming, hot tub, shower, kayaking, walks, around house, WORK (with kids) and have not had any problems what so ever. It does not turn my skin color (rose gold), looks as good 6 months after purchase as it did new, and I am not gentle with my jewelry. I don't do accessories I have to 'baby'. People, men and women both compliment the looks of this bangle often and many are surprised to find it is for a fitbit. I only wish they made a mens versionI love love love this bangle!!! I bought the rose gold and it works so well with the million other bracelets I like to wear. I love that is not sporty at all!-My complaint is like the other girls, it does open sometimes. Not on it's own but if it's hit just right and not very hard. I haven't lost it but I do worry about it since it's happened about 7x since purchasing it as soon as it came out. For more active events or activities I switch to the regular band just in case.-I haven't had any problems with discoloration of my skin and I'm pretty pale.-I would buy again if they fixed the clasp problem. Not that $200 is a lot for quality jewelry, because it's not, but quality jewelry shouldn't fall off.I absolutely love this Fitbit bangle. I originally ordered the Large but had to exchange it for the size Small as it was way too big for my wrist (a size Medium would have been perfect!). This looks great and you can't even tell it's a Fitbit or a fitness tracker at all. It seems to work just as good as when the tracker is in the rubber band and I have yet to find any issues with it. I don't wear it in the shower or sleep with it on (I read that it does not track sleep when in the bangle and I am not sure if it's waterproof) but those are not features I would use anyway. There is an option with the Flex 2 so your tracker can vibrate when you receive incoming calls and texts however since this bangle has a metal casing, it sounds a bit loud - it doesn't bother me, but it's definitely louder than I expected.I purchased the Fitbit and this bangle as an alternative to wearing my Garmin sports watch everyday. I track my steps, runs, swims and sleep wearing the bangle. It was comfortable and looked nice. 5 stars for the concept of wearing a nice piece of jewelry as a tracker. And then it fell off my wrist somewhere after wearing it for less than a month. 1 star for the quality of the latch mechanism and losing my Fitbit. I was really loving it and relying on the data for fitness challenges such as The Amerithon and 1000Mile Challenge.I looked at replacing it but decided to call Fitbit first. After a little back and forth, they offered to replace the bangle and tracker. 5 star customer service and backing their products. 1 star for them knowing they have such a crappy quality bangle that they probably have to replace them quite a bit.Do NOT BUY! Lost my Fitbit. Clip not secure! Total con. Very unhappy.gave this to my partner at Christmas and she loves it, and it's too early to tell how well this will age. But you can buy cheap generic copies for fifteen quid, and the come in all the colours the genuine FitBit one does; silver, gold, rose gold. in comparison, near seventy quid for this seems steep.Time will tell if it's worth it, I'm guessing it won't be.Looks great but your Fitbit will not monitor your sleep pattern if you don’t swap your Fitbit back into the bracelet or wrist strap so it is on your wrist if you want to monitor your sleep......such a shame!I loved this bracelet. Wore it a lot for a few weeks, but the catch kept coming undone. It got to the point where I’d move my arm and it would fall off. Have returned it - such a shame.Loved this. So much nicer to wear than my rubber wristband. Have had lots of compliments about it!
