It’s my favorite mug ever. It keeps my coffee the perfect temp and I don’t have to wait an hour until I can drink it. I had one before this and my daughter accidentally broke it. Now I have this one and love it!!I love the weight of this cup and the texture on the texture on the surface makes the cup feel secure in your hand. That is it for the positives. The lid does not affix into the top of the mug in a way that is secure and the rubber gasket that is affixed to the bottom of the lid does not do an adequate job of holding the hear inside the mug. Hot liquids cool down in the same amount of time as if they were in a normal coffee mug.Great cup and love the design but an odd texture - was surprisingly rough and almost sandy. Would want a better feeling cup for myself, but was a gift for someone who doesn't mind.Love everything about the mug, but it does not keep hot liquids hot. In fact, liquids cool down super quick. Really bummed about that, but otherwise lovey mug.I love it! I searched around for something like it for a while. It has a very modern feel! They used to sell it at Target, but I could no longer find it there. So I’m glad they have it available online.I use it literally everyday.I could not be happier with this! It is so sturdy, and the texture is so cool. It is really easy to drink out of, and even easier to clean. I love the lid on it, and it does not leak or spill at all. It even fits in my car cupholder!This product is ceramic, there was no packaging and it arrived as broken pieces.Weird, sandpaper-like texture that is unpleasant. Also the plastic lid fits loosely. Coffee got cold really fast! Love the color and that it has a handle but it’s not my favorite coffee mug that’s for sure.This was a total waste of money. I paid over £20 with delivery and it is nothing as the description states on add. It only keeps drink tepid not hot or warm. Extremely heavy and feels like sandpaper. I have contacted seller but had no reply at all. Really poor customer service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEM.Love it, a bit over priced but the Quality is super
