Works pretty well. Grabs most hair. Pulls skin more then I would like.I haven't used it yet. I'm sure it will work for the recipe.I've been waxing myself at home for over 2 years now. I had previously been using only soft wax for my legs, but I later decided to try hard wax because soft wax drips everywhere! I started using Gigi Brazilian Body Hard Wax, which is much less messy, but it is such a nuisance to use because it doesn't come off well; it comes off in a bunch of little pieces. I'm not sure if this is due to user error, but when I use the Wax Necessities Rose Film Hard Wax in the same way, it goes on and comes off so well, all in one piece! Waxing is less time-consuming than it was before, because now I can easily wax larger areas of skin. I've found that one small bag, however, is not even enough for both upper legs, so keep that in mind when ordering. Also, you'll need to either buy an empty wax tin or use one you already have, from which you finished the wax. I used my empty Gigi tin.Now that I've finished my small bag, I'm going to buy a large one, plus a couple of small bags of the other varieties from Wax Necessities! For just $5.40 for 3.5 oz. to try it out, and $21.99 for a 35.27 oz. bag, it's such a great value compared to 14 oz. of the Gigi Brazilian Body Hard Wax for $11.55 on Amazon (though I paid $16 at Sally's). Since this wax is cheaper per ounce AND works so much better, Wax Necessities is the obvious choice :DBecause I didn't see the ingredients listed on this page, here they are:Colophonium, Glyceryl Rosinate, Ethylene/va Copolymer, Parrafin, Beeswax, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Cl 15850.
