Ok, so I loved the look, loved the price, loved the green color, and loved the box these arrived in. Everything was a total HIT until I put them on. They are not really functional. I mean, what girl really buys "functional" footwear when it comes to "in" styles? But, these were not functional in the fact that the laces are "stretchy." The shoe fit was perfect, suede was awesome, but try to walk, and the stretchy laces stretched offering no real support to your feet/ankles. I tied the laces tighter, but still the laces stretched causing these to be so loose that they really wouldn't stay on my feet. I am SO BUMMED! I could probably look for different laces, but that would take away from the sexiness of the thin laces. Plus, how would I match the color perfectly without pulling my hair out. So, I am sending these back...unfortunately. I really like them...and their height. Come up with different "un-stretchy" lace, and I will totally try them again. Otherwise they would have had 5 stars from me.
