This was a gift and the recipient was thrilledI love blueberries, teapots and Polish pottery in that order, so buying this teapot for a Christmas gift was a no brainer. It is so pretty that when not in use it should be displayed and not put away in a cupboard . I worried that it might arrive in pieces but it was so well wrapped in bubble wrap and styrofoam that there was no way it would break. Gave it to my sister for Christmas and she loves it.This teapot is striking and I love the addition of it to my Polish pottery collection which line my cabinets at the top in the kitchen. The Polish gal loves the Polish pots!I adore this small teapot and use it when there is one person drinking tea. Easy to clean, pours beautifully, and like all Polish pottery it is a functional work of art. Arrived on time and was packed expertly with absolutely no breakage. This little pot is beautifully made and it came in beautiful condition. It does not drip back; I really love it!Beautiful quality, pours well, and handy sizeThis teapot has no internal strainer (small holes to strain tea leaves) at the base of the spout, which is disappointing. It is a nice teapot otherwise. My husband purchased this for me for Christmas, I absolutely love it. It is very well made and has the most beautiful design. My own view is that tea is an abomination. The English, for instance, were doing quite well on coffee until they turned to tea in the late 18th century. On tea, they have worked their way from rulers of the waves to pokey also rans. However, be that as it may, my wife is an unredeemable tea drinker. So, for Christmas, I got her this gorgeous tea pot. Given how grim Poland looks in the Polish movies I've seen, it's remarkable that they make things like this. But they do. It's a good tea pot, qua tea pot, in that it keeps the stuff hot for a longish time and has a decent spout that doesn't drip. We'd been suffering with a dripping pot that was also one of those boring, brown numbers. This is a very lovely pot, even if it is only for tea. My wife is happy because it's just the right size for the two cups she drinks of an afternoon. I'm happy because I have a beautiful thing to look at whenever I pass through the kitchen.
