The jury is still out on this oneNot really sure what I think about this.It is only $8.99 so I guess for the price it’s ok.I think I’ll keep it and take it on my cruise and see if I use it and if not I’ll return it.Yea, I can wrap this around myself like the picture shows but there’s not much to tie in the back of my neck if I do.So, I’m gonna put it all out here right now to help you all out. I am 5 ‘7 and 230 ish lbs. My measurements are Bust 48 - Waist 38 - Hips 48. Bra size is 42 DD/DDD depending on bra.I think if I was going to truly wear it like the picture shows I would want it to be a little thicker material and longer material so it covers me more.I got the Rose Blue.I think the picture depicts the scarf well but you may think you would be getting a thicker material but now that I look at the pictures in the listing I think it’s pretty accurate.I have attached pictures so you guys can see what it looks like.I put my hand behind the scarf in several of the images so you can see how thin the fabric is. I have not washed or used it yet so I don't know how it will be after I wash it, but initially it is better than I expected. I only wanted it to use as a sarong, not a dress, so it is the perfect size. I am a curvy woman with hips and I wear a size 12-14 clothing and there is plenty of material to cover my hips and behind, but at the same time it's not bulky or super long at all. It is the perfect length to my knees and is flattering. I haven't tried to make it a dress, but from looking at the material it could possibly be worn as a simple dress, but depending on your height and body shape it could be a little short or not cover everything. That is ok with me, though, because as I said before I didn't want a dress I wanted a sarong. The fabric is on the sheer side, but its not see through and there is enough of it that you can fold it in half and still tie it around your waste. I don't mind the sheer fabric because I didn't want something heavy that could make me hot. I can't wait to wear it when I go to Florida next month! Oh, and shipping was great as well. I'm 5'3 and it's short in front when worn as a dress but probably only because of my other measurements. Nonetheless, it's fine for wear around the hips. The colors are as shown and the quality of fabric is as expected for the price. I am in love with the pattern and color combination so I decided to keep it for the beach and lounging around the house.Judging by the pictures I thought the scarf would be a bit longer...or wider, depending on how you hold it. If I hold it out the long way it's much longer than the wingspan of my arms. However, the length DOWN is less than half that. So, if someone is planning on using this as a summer scarf dress, you need to be a size 4 or smaller (or buy two scarves)! Also, it is much more sheer than the pictures demonstrates. Beautiful pattern though, and it should fulfill my purpose of a "cover up" for walking to/from the beach.As I had never been in the market for sarongs, I was quite surprised to find that many of them were upwards of $30 each. As I wanted to grab a few for my sister and I for an upcoming week-long trip, I couldn't justify spending that much on them. So glad to find Scarf Trading Inc. sarongs for such reasonable price! The positive reviews of these sarongs are very accurate - they are gorgeous, soft, and ample. I am 5'5" and of an average build and I am pretty sure I can tie these in a variety of ways; all of which will cover me sufficiently during trips to town. I cannot wait to bring these to Belize and share with my sister. I am sure we are going to be spending much time in them!I love this cover up. I'm tall, so it was probably a little shorter than I might have otherwise preferred, but nothing was exposed. It is such a lovely print; however, it is completely sheer :) so strictly a coverup. I loved it so much I wanted to wear as a dress, but I'm not comfortable with out something more than undergarments underneath. I bought this in another pattern and love the other pattern just as much. Both prints are sheer.I purchased three of these sarongs in different colors, which arrived today. These shipped/arrived very quickly. I feel each deserves 5 stars as they are described correctly, are a soft chiffon, with beautiful colors! I have found no issues with finished hems. When tied (high) around my hips in a knot, the material falls right at the knees (I am 5'6' athletic build). I'm pleased that these are a thinner material because they flow nicely. I suggest gentle hand wash. I also suggest to use these to cover a small side table outside or inside because they are so cute and whimsical! (Guys, surprise your loved one with a sarong!)
