I measured 1.5 ounces and it is only up to the middle of the S. they hold much more, probably 2.5 if filled to the top. they seem solid and I am happy with the purchase. I would purchase them again, just wish they were normal shot sized.These did not come as pictured! If you're looking for the exact pictured item, I would contact the seller ahead of time. I am not upset since I did not like the pictured image but was looking for S monogram shot glasses for secret Santa at work and needed them quick (and frankly didn't care if they were ugly since they're for a coworker) however the ones that came instead were PERFECT! I love them.I bought these for my husband's birthday, his name is Rudy. He loved them, the glass is very sturdy and the monogram is very nice. I have washed them several times and their perfect.Does not match the picture at all. Why this picture is even posted for the product makes no sense to me. No shield or even cursive letters. Just a very plain fonted, uppercase G. If you're looking for more elegant styling than look elsewhere.Seller should update the photo to better show font but I quite like them anyway.Cute and such a great priceI ordered these and when they arrived it was an off center, plain text T.
