Medium fits great and has a stretch band inside where you can add padding to customize fit. Accidentally ordered large and return was very easy. From a distance the hat band looks great but up close a bit cheap. Regardless a great hat. Its stiff and I did not expect that but still like it. No chin strap and may add one if I can figure out how. Very well packed for shipment.Just a fantastic, well made hat.
