This cuvée is floral and delivers small subtle notes of violet. Small red fruits always dominate the tasting where it is possible to raise raspberry, but also currant. Classically served as dessert, especially on fruity desserts, especially if they are based on red fruits, can also happily accompany a la plancha fish or grilled shellfish.

Eye cuvée in the pale pink colour, with great intensity and depth of hue supported by very light fuchsia reflections.

Palate fine and elegant, the flavors are in total harmony with the nose. Small red fruits always dominate the tasting where it is possible to raise raspberry, but also currant. The palate shows a very nice freshness, with a tangy finish.
